For Notarized Documents, The State Requires a Notarial Certificate to be on the document.The Office of the Secretary of State provides Apostille and authentication service to U.S. citizens and foreign nationals on documents that will be used overseas. Types of documents include corporate documents such as company bylaws and articles of incorporation, power of attorney, diplomas, transcripts, letters relating to degrees, marital status, references and job certifications, home studies, deeds of assignments, distributorship agreements, papers for adoption purposes, etc.​

The Florida Department of State will not process the documents unless they are completed in a very specific way and will not process it if it is not correctly completed and notarized. Our service is simply to walk the documents in the Florida's Department Of State Division of Corporations Apostille Certification Section in order to provide a speedy turn around service for you.
Apostilles are usually obtained within 24 hours of time submitted to Tallahassee by overnight delivery.
